Illinois State University President Victor Boschini Jr. first crossed
paths with Chancellor Michael Ferrari as a graduate student at Bowling
Green University when Ferrari was provost. Little did Boschini,
TCUs chancellor-designate, know he would be following in Ferraris
footsteps so closely.
