Experience
India, a charity luncheon benefiting the victims of the
recent earthquakes in India, will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday
in the Student Center Ballroom. Tickets are $10 for students and
children and $12 for adults. TCU Student Meal Cards are accepted.

Alpha Chi
Omega will present its Ninth Annual Fashion Show from 2 to 4
p.m. Sunday at the Will Rogers Memorial Center Round Up Inn.
Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for students. The fashion show
will benefit the Tarrant County Womens Center. For tickets

Chi Delta
Mu will have a meal and presentation at noon Monday in the Student
Center, Room 205 and 206. Miguel Leatham of the sociology department
will speak on The Virgins Last Empire: A Guided Tour
of a Mexican Apocalyptic Colony. The cost is $6 and can be
paid in cash or put on a meal card.
International
Week, sponsored by International Student Association and Programming
Council, will be Monday through March 10. The purpose of the week
is to promote multicultural awareness on campus and to have international
students share their culture and customs with students, faculty
and staff. An opening ceremony for the week will be from noon to
1:30 p.m. Monday in the Student Center Lounge. Eulalia Bernard-Little
will be the keynote speaker and the Word of Truth Gospel Choir will
perform.
Chris Burke,
who starred in Life Goes On and appeared in Touched
By an Angel, will discuss acting and his life with Down syndrome
at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Student Center Ballroom. The event is sponsored
by Programming Council Fine Arts Committee and Best Buddies. For

Applications
for student teaching for fall 2001 are due March 9. Applications
and disks are in the computer lab on the third floor of the Bailey
Building.

of campus events, public meetings and other general campus information
