Search committee for provost to meet today

The provost search committee will meet for the second time today in the Wright Boardroom to discuss advertising plans for the provost job opening, Faculty Senate Chair Nadia Lahutsky said Thursday.

The university will run an ad in the Chronicle of Higher Education announcing the job opening and then work on updating the job description for the provost, Lahutsky said.

The provost search committee had its inaugural meeting last Friday when they met each other and the consultant, Bill Funk, from Korn/Ferry International, Chancellor Victor Boschini said.
