was given to students who created a unique business
plan to fulfill a community need not currently met,
Flodder said.
He said he plans to re-invest the scholarship money
into his business.
Flodders business, Microsoft Office User
Class, caters to those who need to take the Microsoft
Office User Specialist Exam. Although a difficult exam,
he said, his students have a 85 percent passing rate.
