Pulitzer
Prize winner to speak at Ed Landreth Hall Today
The Fogelson Honors Forum will feature guest speaker
David McCullough at 8 p.m. today in Ed Landreth Hall
Auditorium.
McCullough is a two-time Pulitzer Prize winning author
and biographer. His Pulitzer Prize winning book Truman
(1992) spent 67 weeks on the New York Times best-seller
list.
Kathryne McDorman, director of the Honors Program, said
McCullough was chosen because he is a gifted writer
and has a reputation for providing insight.
In addition to writing, McCullough has narrated numerous
television shows that have aired on PBS, been a writer
and editor for Time magazine and held several teaching
positions.
